How do I enable Chat 2 Pay on Chat Desk?
Although you get access to the Chat 2 Pay functionality by default if you are on the Transact package, you must first configure Chat 2 Pay in your Clickatell Portal. Once Chat 2 Pay is correctly configured (i.e., Chat 2 Pay product’s status is "Complete"), you can link it to your Chat Desk application.
Go to My Workspace -> Chat 2 Pay.
Click Link Products.
3. Select "Chat Desk" and Link.
4. Your agents will now be able to see the Chat 2 Pay extension in Chat Desk.
