What channels and applications can be used with Chat 2 Pay?
Chat 2 Pay is only available if you are subscribed to our Transact package. On this package, you'll have automatic access to all the below channels and applications that you can use with Chat 2 Pay to enable transactions via chat.
Channels
You can send out payment links via SMS and WhatsApp chat channels.
Applications
Chat 2 Pay can be used with Chat Desk (live agent messaging) and Chat Flow (automated messaging).
With Chat Desk, when customers are chatting with your live agent, the agent can send the customer a payment link to make a payment.
With Chat Flow, you can embed a Chat 2 Pay node into your flows to trigger payment requests to your customers on chat.
