What is Chat Flow?
Chat Flow forms part of the conversational layer of Clickatell's Chat Commerce Platform, and is included in the Interact and Transact packages.
Chat Flow is a web-based visual interface that allows you to quickly and collaboratively design and deploy automated conversational experiences across multiple messaging applications and connect them to your organization's core functional APIs with little to no coding experience.
Chat Flow lets you build messaging user journeys by dragging and dropping nodes onto a canvas to create steps in a workflow. Workflows can vary from simple, linear processes to a complex network of workflows interacting with one another, retrieving information from business back-end systems and 3rd-party applications, and sharing data across these connections. Deploy purpose-built, menu-driven workflows that enable rich, innovative self-service customer experiences based on your own business logic, and when human support is necessary, switch seamlessly to live agent engagement (see Chat Desk).
