Why are my SMS messages not delivered?
Visit the Analytics and Reports section in the Clickatell Portal that lists all the results of your message sending.

It might also be that the message is merely delayed. Delayed SMS delivery generally occurs when the handset does not have a connection to the network. Once a connection is re-established, the message will be delivered.
