How do I apply for a Toll-Free Number?

Your account manager can provide you with an application form. This form contains sections for the brand (i.e., the organization requesting the Toll-Free Number (TFN)) and the campaign for which the TFN will be used to send text messages.

It is important to provide evidence of the opt-in processes that end customers complete before text messages are sent to them.

Additionally, a Letter of Authorization may be required if an existing TFN is moved to Clickatell.

Note: Clickatell provides the ability to send and receive SMS/text messages via a Toll-Free Number (TFN) - we do not supply any voice capabilities.
