AI is inherently a learning service that is dependant on the input of information and the context thereof in order to provide the resultant output of information. As a result, Clickatell cannot be held liable for the result, advice, engagement nor outcome of any AI interaction, and this Service is provided in a purely alpha state (meaning no guarantees, liability or undertakings are given). Use is at the Customer sole risk.

1. Limited Stability and Features:

This alpha version of the Service is a work in progress and may not be stable or fully functional. You may encounter bugs, errors, or unexpected behaviour during your use.

2. Data Privacy:

While we take data security and the privacy and protection thereof seriously, please be aware that during the alpha test, we may collect and analyse your usage data to improve our Service. However, we will not share your personal or sensitive information with any third parties and all data shall remain subject to our strict Privacy Policy.

3. No Guarantees and Limitation of Liability:

Participation in this alpha test does not entitle you to any guarantees or warranties about the final Service’s features, pricing, or availability. The Service may change significantly based on feedback and development progress.

Clickatell shall attach no liability whatsoever for any damages incurred, be they direct or indirect in nature (including any loss of profits or consequential damage), resultant from the use of the Service and the parties specifically note that the Services are provided in an alpha state without any undertakings as to the efficacy nor accuracy thereof.

4. Feedback and Reporting:

We strongly request you to provide feedback on your experiences, issues, and suggestions. Your feedback will help us enhance the Service. You can report problems through the provided feedback channels and via your Customer Manager.

5. Confidentiality:

As an alpha tester, you agree to keep all aspects of this Service, including its features, design, and any other confidential information, strictly confidential. The provisions of our Privacy Policy and your enabling agreement with Clickatell remain strictly in force and applicable hereto.

 6. Participation Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the alpha test at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This would be to protect the continued provision of your Clickatell service(s).

 7. Release Date:

The release date of the final version of the Service is subject to change, and there is no guarantee of when the Service will be commercially available outside of an Alpha or Beta restriction.
