To protect customers from Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT) fraud, certain high-risk networks in this country may have been temporarily restricted for SMS delivery. In certain cases, destinations can be reviewed and re-enabled upon request.

Opt-out instructions required	Yes Get opt-in consent from each end-user before sending any communication to them, particularly for marketing or other non-essential communications. SMS campaigns should support HELP/STOP messages and similar messages in the end-user's local language.
